Bourbon BallsMix:
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 pounds confectioner's sugar
- 1 pound ground pecans
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3/4 cup Kentucky Bourbon
Melt:- 8 ounces semi-sweet or unsweetened chocolate
- 1/2 bar parafin
- Roll bourbon mixture into balls and dip in chocolate.
- Put on waxed paper and press pecan on top before chocolate hardens.
Using parafin is a candy maker technique (surprised me at first glance)
